CEO Summit keynote speaker Jerome Foster II

Jerome Foster II is the youngest-ever White House Advisor in United States history. This year, at age 19, he was invited to serve on the White House Environmental Justice Advisory Council within the Biden administration, informing the President on issues related to environmental justice. Since 2019, Foster spent 58 weeks holding weekly protests outside the White House calling for action on the climate crisis.

Based in New York City, but born and raised in Washington, D.C., Foster previously served as an intern for civil rights campaigner John Lewis, and served as board member for the DC State Board of Education. Alongside being an environmental activist and emerging technology engineer he is also executive director of OneMillionOfUs, which educates and mobilises young people to register and turn out to vote.

CEO Summit Panellist Rachel Taulelei

Rachel Taulelei is a prominent business leader with a particular expertise in primary industries. A strong advocate for the Māori economy and sustainability in the food and beverage sector, she founded sustainable seafood company Yellow Brick Road in 2006, served as CEO of Māori-owned food and beverage company Kono, co-founded business design and brand strategy firm, Oho.

She presently chairs the APEC Business Advisory Council and the Wellington Regional Stadium Trust and serves as a member on a number of boards.

CEO Summit Panellist: Anna Curzon

Chief Product Officer at cloud-based accounting software platform Xero, Anna Curzon has a passion for using the power and potential of technology to solve real world problems and contribute to the success of New Zealanders and their businesses. She has more than 20 years' experience in finance and technology including as General Manager Internet Banking at ASB Bank, and General Manager Digital First at telecommunications company Spark New Zealand.

She became a member of the APEC Business Advisory Council for New Zealand in January 2021, and served on the Prime Minister's Business Advisory Council from 2018 to 2020. Anna was named as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders by The Software Report (formerly The SaaS Report) in 2017.

CEO Summit Speaker Helen Clark

Helen Clark is a global leader on sustainable development, climate action, gender equality and women's leadership, peace and justice, and global health issues. Patron of independent public policy think tank the Helen Clark Foundation, she was Prime Minister of New Zealand for three consecutive terms from 1999–2008, and a Member of Parliament for more than 27 years.

She served two terms as Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme from 2009-2017, and was Chair of the United Nations Development Group, a committee consisting of the heads of all UN funds, programmes and departments working on development issues. She was made a Member of the Order of New Zealand in 2009 for services to New Zealand.
